Pour: Pale straw, brilliantly clear, tight white head that sticks around.
Smell: Fresh lime zest, white grape and a soft floral hop lift over clean cracker malt.
Taste: Crisp Italian Pilsner malt, a whisper of corn sweetness, lime and passionfruit from the dry hop.
Finish: Bone dry, snappy bitterness, and gone before you know it.

Ten-four, good buddy. Last year we were Lookin’ Back on Track. This year there’s only one direction, and it’s forward.
Our annual collab with the legends at deVine Cellars is back. Inglewood and Noranda’s family-run bottle shop has been championing independent producers since 1995 and has the trophy cabinet to prove it (WA Liquor Retailer of the Year, again, in 2025). When people who taste that much beer keep asking for the same style, you listen. So: Italian Pilsner, round two.
An Italian Pilsner is a German Pils that went on holiday and came back with a dry hop habit. We’ve leaned into it. Proper Eraclea Pils malt from northern Italy lays down a clean, crackery base, with a handful of flaked corn to lighten the body and keep the whole thing rolling.
Then we swapped the noble hops for a Southern Hemisphere road crew. Motueka and Galaxy go in through the hot side and whirlpool, then again in the dry hop for that signature Italian Pils lift: lime zest, white grape, a hint of passionfruit, all sitting on top of a beer that’s still, at heart, a lager. Crisp, dry, snappy bitterness, and absolutely no hazy nonsense.
No destination, no detours. Just keep on truckin’.
