Barrel-Aged Cherry Sour
Just in time for the festive season.
Crafted from a robust Saison base and our house perpetual sour culture, it matured for six months in Foudre, before spending 3 months of carbonic maceration with 1 kg/litre of luscious Manjimup Cherries.
Pair with cheeses, dark chocolate, or seafood for the perfect holiday indulgence.

Barrel-Aged Sweet 16 (Shiraz)
Sweet 16 (Shiraz), a collaborative creation with our friends at Mane Liquor.
This brew has undergone a graceful maturation process in ex-Shiraz barrels sourced from the renowned Margaret River region, ensuring a delightful symphony of flavours. Get ready for the opulent presence of red berries, complemented by decadent hints of chocolate and cocoa.
The infusion of subtle vanilla and raspberry vinous notes adds depth and harmony to this impeccably crafted blend. The low carbonation enhances the vinous vibes and contributes to the overall drinkability of this exceptional brew.

BECK’S STAFF BEER | MANIC PIXIE DREAM GIRL
The story behind the beer:
Brewed by the herb-loving Beck, Manic Pixie Dream Girl is a sensory journey inspired by a deep passion for culinary, aromatic, and medicinal herbs. Infused with creativity, Beck decided to bring the herbaceous world into the realm of beer. Capitalising on hops’ calming properties, she elevated the brew with a carefully selected mix of botanicals.
In this magical concoction, Lemon Verbena, Lemon Myrtle, and Ashwagandha dance together to soothe the nervous system, while Damiana adds a touch of stamina and Mugwort contributes to lucid dreaming. The enchanting trio of Elderflower, Rose, and Hibiscus completes the symphony of flavours.
Manic Pixie Dream Girl is Beck’s herbal alchemy, a staff beer that transcends the ordinary, inviting beer enthusiasts into a whimsical world of aromatic delight and botanical wonders.

ANDRUS’ STAFF BEER | LACES OUT
The story behind the beer:
Brewed by the imaginative Andrus, Laces Out draws inspiration from Ace Ventura’s Lt. Lois Einhorn/Ray Finkle, fusing 90s nostalgia with a hoppy twist.
Andrus’s island favourites, Maui Brewing Co’s Coconut Hiwa Porter and Ballast Point’s Peppermint Victory at Sea, provide the backbone for this daring creation.
Influenced by the electrifying atmosphere of Victory At Sea Day in the USA, Andrus set out to craft a staff beer that embodies the essence of flavoured porters.
Fuelled by his belief that the choc-banana combo is vastly underrated, he fearlessly incorporated this duo into the mix, making Laces Out a unique taste adventure inspired by personal passion and a dash of unconventional creativity.
Ingredients: RR Base Malt, Mallokup Amber, Mallokup Biscuit, Mallokup Light Chocolate, Cacao Husks and Nibs, Banana, Chocolate, Ekuanot T90
