The same malt bill as RJV9 lays the foundation for the NZ hops that throw stupid amounts of citrus, white wine and fruit salad flavours.
London 3 is the yeast of choice in 9. New Zealand. Working alongside the hefty malt backbone it creates a fluffy and rounded mouthfeel.
Like a cloudy volcano surrounded by a crystal blue lake, 9. New Zealand is a super clean hazy IPA with mountains of hop character.
