Brewed once again with the legends who’ve been enabling us in our pursuit of the perfect IIIPA since day one, WA craft retail heavyweights Grain Cru and Dunsborough Cellars.
Prepare for another full-scale hop assault, built from an absurd combination of NZ and US hop varieties chosen specifically for their outrageous oil content and survivable compounds. Every stage of the brew has been loaded, layered and amplified to squeeze every last drop of tropical, dank, resinous, citrus-soaked goodness into your glass.
Rakau. Trident Salvo. Riwaka. Nelson Sauvin. Idaho 7. NZ Rhapzody. Sabro. In just about every form science can invent.
Built on our tried-and-proven, locally grown regenerative Pilsner malt, with malted oats and rolled wheat, this beer somehow manages to carry a truly ridiculous quantity of top-shelf hops. Big. Dumb. Soaked in hops.
This is no subtle experience, but it is a damn smooth one. Exactly how Rock Juice should be. Delivering wave after wave after wave of tropical fruit, sticky resin and citrus that prove, once again, the juice is worth the squeeze.
