To celebrate Mane Liquor’s 16th year in operation we definitely did not pull any punches. Sweet 16 is a boozy birthday cake with all the trimmings. This is a big dumb 16% Imperial Stout with a 16 hour boil and 16 ingredients.
Pouring a deep, dark brown with a tan mocha head, straight out of the can you are punched with aromas of coconut, molasses and black forest chocolate block. Hefty on the palate with loads of red berry, treacle and a rich assortment of adjuncts that work harmoniously to create a birthday cake in the glass.
