JAWSOME, DUDE!
This Single Hop Hazy IPA unleashes a flavour frenzy from one of New Zealand’s most ferocious lupulus species: Riwaka! We’ve layered this beast through the boil, Whirlpool and fermentation, dry hopping multiple times with Amplifire Riwaka, and again with Riwaka SubZero Hop Kief during transfer to the bright tank.
A soft, pillowy base of Pilsner Malt, Wheat Malt and Rolled Oats builds the perfect deck for the Riwaka to tear up, pouring a thick golden haze beneath a fluffy white head.
Aromas of passionfruit, bright citrus and that unmistakable hit of New Zealand diesel latch onto you and refuse to let go. On the palate, it’s all juicy tropical fruit, zesty citrus and dank, resinous Riwaka character, backed by enough bitterness to keep this apex IPA balanced.
The law of the jaw says it’s time to lace up and kick some serious fin.
